OHS is part and parcel of our business at PFES Limited. When we talk about health and safety, we know what we are talking about and we are always keeping our eyes out for new developments in this area.
Staff Conduct and Ethics
Achieving a level of service envied by most other businesses is hard work but not impossible. We have managed to secure the trust and confidence of those we serve through our diligence in ensuring the keen observance by our staff of code of conduct and ethics.
Instead of only looking at enforcement of these codes after recruitment, we try as much as we can to knit these requirements into our recruitment policies to nip it in the bud.

The need to fill big shoes when workers leave can impact companies badly so at PFES, just as we do in the work that we do like Fire Escape Strategies etc, we strive to put in place exit strategies so we avoid squeezing ourselves into tight corners. We train all our staff and rotate them around all areas of our business to cushion the effect of someone’s departure.
